Founded in 1933, we have grown to be a full-service company with a diverse clientele comprised of many of the world’s foremost corporations, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Wall Street Origins
Still headquartered in downtown New York City, we have expanded well beyond our roots with the Wall Street community. Yet, our work in the financial services sector has given us an edge in solving all of our clients’ problems. It has also significantly influenced our growth. As clients invested in sectors like aviation, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, energy, real estate, retail, manufacturing, and technology, we developed expertise and specialty practices in these areas. As they expanded internationally, we developed a proprietary global network of affiliates.

Private Ownership
Our private ownership structure allows us to be nimble and decisive. Public brokers continue to make decisions with their investors in mind, while we continue to invest in people and infrastructure with our clients in mind.
