Executive Benefits and Retirement Services

Frank Crystal provides the design, implementation, and servicing for all types of Executive Benefit programs. We cover traditional non-qualified deferred compensation and retirement programs and related products and programs. We also work with private high-income clients that need supplemental insurance to address their family protection, wealth preservation, and estate tax funding needs. In addition to technical expertise, our strength in this area comes from taking the time to fully educate the client on all the options and financial implications of these programs.

Our Retirement Services practice concentrates on 401(k) plans, however, when appropriate develop non-qualified executive retirement plans to overcome IRS limits on deferrals and pension benefits.  Because we are not owned or affiliated with any provider, fund company or service platform, we provide guidance to clients in an objective and unbiased fashion.
